“This is the moment you play for,” Mosley said. “[It’s] Why did you do it? You do it for these moments. Being on the road, in Game 7, and being able to come together to continue to grow every game, I think that’s what this group is looking forward to. Put it all out there, put it all on the line.

“It’s not going to be easy, and we don’t want it to be easy. That’s what this group has always embraced all year long. The harder it is, the better we get,” Mosley added.

For Orlando, this will be the franchise’s fourth 7th game. In their first three games in Game 7, the Magic have gone 2-1, including a 101-82 win on the road in their last appearance in such a game in 2009. over the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference playoffs to reach the NBA Finals For professionals. In the second Game 7, the Magic fell on the road to the Detroit Pistons 108-93 in the first round of the Eastern Conference playoffs in 2003. Detroit dominated the game, outscoring Orlando in each of the first three quarters to take a 21-point lead heading into the game. On the fourth.

Last postseason, there were three Game 7 appearances, including one in the first round of the playoffs. The Golden State Warriors and Miami Heat won as the road team in two of the matchups, while Boston was the only home team to win Game 7.

While last year’s 2-1 road teams win in Game 7 is promising, the home team has won every game so far in this series, giving Cleveland a slight advantage heading into Sunday. However, even with the deck stacked against the Magic, they already had a lot to overcome after digging themselves out of a 2-0 hole to force a Game 7.

Considering everything it took for Orlando to get to this point, Jalen Suggs wouldn’t change anything before Sunday.

“We will be able to share these moments that we had together,” Suggs said. “Things like this excite me [and] Things like that motivate me. I can’t wait to get out there and play for Cleveland [in a] A hostile environment, an environment in which we have not yet won [and] Where all the odds are stacked against us.

“I don’t think any of us would have it any other way.”
