BBC Sport secures deal with TNT Sports to continue free-to-air coverage of the Emirates FA Cup

Football’s most historic domestic cup competition, the FA Cup, will remain available to all fans following a new agreement under which the BBC will become the competition’s free-to-air broadcaster in a four-year deal starting in 2025. – 2026 season.

BBC Sport, under a new partnership with TNT Sports, has secured free live coverage of 14 matches per season exclusively with TNT Sports. The BBC will show two live matches from each round until the quarter-finals, a semi-final match and then the final match. The deal also sees the BBC receiving premium clips and digital clips across its platforms.

This partnership for the next four years is fantastic news, and along with extending Premier League and Champions League highlights this year, BBC Sport will offer fans first-class analysis, commentary and coverage of football’s biggest competitions for free, live, at everyone’s fingertips.”

This latest deal completes an impressive roster of football coverage, adding to highlights from the Premier League, UEFA Champions League and audio packages, providing fans with the best action, commentary and analysis on the UK’s most popular sports broadcaster.

BBC Sport’s current audio rights and commentary deal with the FA, covering the Emirates FA Cup and England internationals, runs until 2026.
